In this rapidly evolving business we acknowledge the importance of an advanced service delivery environment. Upgrading the service portal in order to optimize and facilitate support communications is a logical step. We started using a completely new service portal that is integrated with our new corporate ERP system. With this integration we are able to work more efficient, serve our customers faster and provide more information about their service calls. The new service portal will replace the current Consilium and will be released in different phases.
