Within a couple of weeks, we will start using a completely new service portal that is integrated with our new corporate ERP system. In a rapidly evolving business we acknowledge the importance of an advanced service delivery environment. Upgrading the service portal in order to optimize and facilitate support communications is a logical step. This new service portal will replace the current Consilium and will be released in different phases. We are proud to give our service and support a boost with this new service portal and we hope our customers will be just as happy with the system as we are. Introduction within a few weeks!
