Project Manager
Lead complex multi-vendor integration projects for telecom operators and media companies, delivering platform transformations that unlock new revenue and capability.
About the role
Our System Integration team manages the full delivery lifecycle of some of the most technically complex projects in the video and broadband space. As Project Manager, you will own end-to-end delivery of integration projects: from scoping and planning through to go-live and handoff. You will work with a team of engineers, architects, and client stakeholders to navigate multi-vendor dependencies, technical risk, and organisational change.
What you will do
- Own project delivery from kickoff to go-live, managing scope, budget, timeline, and quality
- Build and maintain project plans, risk registers, and stakeholder communication cadences
- Coordinate work across internal engineering teams and external vendor parties
- Facilitate technical and business workshops with operator clients
- Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks before they become blockers
- Support pre-sales by contributing to proposals, effort estimates, and RFP responses
What we are looking for
- 4+ years of project management experience in a technical environment
- Experience managing projects with multiple vendors and system dependencies
- Comfortable working at both technical and executive stakeholder levels
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; Dutch is a plus
- Proficiency with project management tooling (Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred
Nice to have
- Background in telecom, broadcast, or media technology
- Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
- Understanding of IPTV, OTT, or broadband platform architecture
- Experience in a consultancy or system integrator environment
