Quickline's new IPTV platform combined DVB-C, IPTV, and OTT streaming technologies to deliver 100+ live channels and on-demand content across multiple devices. This complex architecture created significant operational challenges in achieving consistent service quality. After an 18-month training period and difficulties with a previous partner, Quickline needed both operational support and deep expertise to master their cutting-edge platform and restore confidence in their video delivery.

Divitel implemented a comprehensive partnership beginning in 2016, starting with consultancy work to align Quickline's processes to ISO 20000 standards before evolving into full operational management. The team adopted the Scaled Agile Framework, established 24/7 remote platform management from the Netherlands Operations Center, and deployed automated release testing with cloud-based data handling. The partnership culminated in the successful launch of Quickline's Android TV STB and the introduction of a centralised data lake for comprehensive ecosystem visibility.
