O desafio
SETAR sought a video delivery expert to handle both the transformation and operational challenges of their new IPTV platform. The goal was to enable flexible migration of COAX customers to Fiber on their own timeline, deliver premium OTT experiences comparable to Netflix standards, and expand into full IP/OTT delivery, including mastery of in-home network delivery and securing engineering support for daily platform management and quality assurance.

Divitel partnered with SETAR, leveraging 25+ years of video delivery and network optimisation expertise. The team developed a revised blueprint incorporating Catch-Up TV, Live TV Pausing, Restart TV, HD viewing, and extensive VOD libraries with movies and HBO series. The platform integrated Middleware, Frontend, Transcoding, DRM, CDN, and set-top boxes using the Scaled Agile Framework, supporting Fiber, Mobile, and HFC configurations. The Divitel Algorithm Factory provides ongoing data-driven platform optimisation.
