Despite investing heavily in a TrueFibre network delivering speeds up to 1Gbps, GO's customers were not experiencing optimal connectivity throughout their homes. Higher population density, multiple interfering devices, and house design factors all contributed to poor in-home Wi-Fi. Customer service was receiving many calls about connectivity issues, resulting in excessive truck rolls and rising customer care costs.

In partnership with Divitel, GO launched 'GO Smart Wi-Fi', guaranteeing top-speed broadband in every corner of the home using the AirTies mesh solution. Divitel guided GO through every step from solution selection to operational readiness, achieving market launch within three months of the first pilot.
