M:tel wanted to transition from live linear TV to a full IPTV/OTT platform with Apps, enabling new functionalities including NPVR, Catchup TV, Pause/Live and VOD on any device. This required maintaining legacy STBs for live TV support while deploying new STBs for premium services. Partway through the project, an unexpected middleware compatibility issue required finding an alternative component without disrupting the broader integration.

Divitel executed end-to-end system integration across all technology layers, middleware, CDN, STB, and CAS/DRM. When unexpected middleware changes were required mid-project, Divitel adapted swiftly, sourced a compatible alternative, and kept the broader integration on track. The platform was delivered on time with full NPVR, Catchup TV, Pause/Live and VOD capabilities.

Designed the IPTV/OTT platform architecture and selected all components including middleware, CDN, STB, and CAS/DRM. When middleware plans changed unexpectedly, Divitel identified and selected a compatible replacement.
