NeurOps
Self-healing critical infrastructure
NeurOps is Divitel’s next-generation solution, built on 25+ years of operational experience in complex video and telecom environments. It is where we are investing to shape what ‘mission-critical operations’ will look like in a few years: more resilient, more efficient, and aligned with Europe’s trust and sovereignty expectations.
What we are building
This page shares our next steps in bringing a breakthrough innovation to market; it is not a product offering.
NeurOps is our next-generation solution for an energy-aware, agentic AI-based operations platform for mission-critical digital infrastructure. It turns critical digital infrastructure from reactive to self-healing and cuts energy waste — helping operations teams move from reactive firefighting to controlled, measurable optimisation.
Where we are today
- NeurOps has moved beyond early prototypes and has been demonstrated in relevant operational environments with operator partners.
- Early pilot deployments indicate material energy savings, typically in the 10–27% range (depending on domain, workload mix and deployment scope).
- Next, we are focused on hardening and scaling: strengthening robustness, building compliance evidence and expanding validation through larger pilots.
What partners are saying
“NeurOps represents a promising innovation in AI-driven autonomous operations for video and broadband infrastructures, including energy-efficient service delivery and real-time anomaly resolution.”
“The NeurOps platform stands out for its innovative approach to autonomous, energy-aware network management, addressing urgent industry needs for resilience and cost-effectiveness.”
Availability
NeurOps is not commercially available for general sale today. It is currently accessible only through structured pilot collaborations and selected partnerships — our development programme progressing toward a future commercial launch.
