Project Manager

At Divitel, we are pioneers in the video distribution industry, helping media and telecom companies optimize their video services through automation, data insights, AI and DevOps engineering. Based in Apeldoorn, we work with international clients to ensure seamless streaming experiences. To support our growing portfolio of projects, we are looking for a Medior Project Manager to join our team!

Your Role

As a Project Manager at Divitel, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-impact projects for our clients. You’ll work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure smooth project execution, from initiation to completion. Work in alignment with the Agile Scrum methodology, fostering collaboration, iterative progress, and continuous improvement. As a Project Manager, you will actively engage with DevOps teams to enhance development and deployment efficiency while working closely with Service Management to ensure smooth operations, high service quality, and seamless customer support. 

What we’re looking for 

• Experience: 3+ years in project management, preferably in IT, telecom, or media sectors.
• Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical Affinity: A good understanding of technology, software or IT infrastructure.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented.
