How do you move from reactive mode into proactive mode?
This is the first question network and platform operators ask when they are ready to shift from reactive towards proactive operations. This shift requires a different approach, and it has something to do with your data.
The problem isn’t the data itself. Your platforms capture a lot of it, but the problem is what happens next: silos. You end up owning 8 platforms, each demanding your attention separately as they fire no less than 19 alerts on a blue Monday. There you go, answering all of them, while you actually want to correlate them into trends.
And even that’s odd, as these systems should already be connected. Let alone continuously improve themselves. We’re guessing this thought has crossed your mind before.
