Managed security for TV
We are very proud to announce that we reached the next level in managed services. Not only can we provide End2End IPTV and OTT solutions but we now also provide single technological building blocks. These blocks are important video ecosystem functionalities that we can offer as a service. Ideal for operators, service providers or broadcasters that are looking for a technical extension of their platform.
One of the first live building block is “managed DRM”. ISP Solcon in the Netherlands asked our help with one of the most complex issues in the video value chain, Digital Rights Management (DRM). A necessary part of the chain with loads of rules, regulations, complexity and even more important it is not the core activity of Solcon. We discussed the challenges Solcon faced and connected our managed DRM as a building block to their platform.
Verimatrix, one of our DRM partners specialized in IPTV and OTT content protection, positively contributed to this challenge and now Solcon is fully protected. In order to stay protected we manage the solution in our DOC (Divitel Operating Center) and provide a guaranteed uptime including all relevant updates and maintenance.
